Welcome

Catholics are sometimes talked into leaving the Church by those who claim that many of its teachings are unbiblical. They contend that such teachings were late inventions and not part of the original deposit of faith. StayCatholic.com features essays and articles that refute such contentions by presenting the patristic and biblical evidence for Catholicism. Bookmark the site and use it as a mini apologetics library.

A "Doctrinal Concordance of the Bible" is also available. It demonstrates the biblical case for Catholicism in short form. There are two versions, a longer version in the articles section  and a one page version that appears on the "Book and Gift Store" page. The shorter version makes a great handout or pocket reference.

A section on the Early Church Fathers is also included to demonstrate that the teachings of the early Church and the teachings of the Catholic Church are the same. This of course is quite natural as the early Church was the Catholic Church.

Most of the articles and essays include links to sources for further study. Proceeds from the sale of books and tapes are used to help pay the cost of advertising StayCatholic.com. Most of the resources offered are sold through our book and gift store which is administered by the Catholic Company. If you make a second visit to our store we would be grateful if you would do it through our site.

One of the purposes of this site is to reach those who would not normally be exposed to Catholic Apologetics. Toward that end a great deal of the advertising will be in secular newspapers. Please pray that this site will be effective in its mission. Also pray that we are able to find a way to launch a Spanish mirror site in the future.
